Summary
He saw things. A storm, perhaps. The stars, stretched on for millenia. Screams echoing in the distance, cries of pain, but also some shouts of joy as well. Whoops of exhilaration.
There was a jagged crack across it all. Gnarled, wispy hands were grasped at the edges of it, stretching it at the corners, tearing it wider and wider open.
There were consequences to Time.
The galaxy is at war. The Sith have revealed themselves, sowing chaos and destruction in their wake. The Republic scrambles to defend itself. The Jedi struggle to find the balance between peacekeepers and soldiers. Mandalore tries to hold itself together.
Luke and Ezra are just trying to slip through it all, find the kids, and then get home. But maybe there's a reason they've been stuck in this timeline for so long. Maybe the Force still has use of them...

A small, traitorous part of his mind whispered that he was stupid to decline the painkillers Kanan had offered him. But they had a limited supply, and Ezra wasn’t about to waste a precious dose on this. He’d been hurt and unable to afford painkillers before. He could get through this. Once the boneknitter did its work, he’d be fine.

Summary
The grey loth-cat with the bright brown eyes and the little kink in its tail had followed Ezra around for a long time. The creature had only been a kitten when Ezra first saw it, aged three and playing outside his front door whilst his father fixed his tricycle. He had dropped the stick he was using to draw in the dirt path, the branch rolling away, too far for the little boy to run and grab it. Ezra, had been about to cry when the loth-cat came plodding over with the stick in its mouth. It placed it at his feet, meowing once before it pranced away. Ever since, Ezra couldn’t remember a time when the loth-cat hadn’t been somewhere in his life.
