Izumi Midoriya's Quirk was nothing like her mother's, or the woman who'd carried her and dumped her on her mom when she was a baby. It gave her nearly impenetrable chitin. It gave her enhanced strength. It gave her claws able to tear through steel. It gave her blood stronger then any acid that she knew of.
And it made her a monster in the eyes of the world. Almost everyone saw her as a villain in the making. Almost everyone saw her as a soon-to-be killer.
But she didn't want that. She wanted to be a Hero. To be like All Might. Even if her Quirk made her look like a monster.
And then her Quirk decided that merely looking like one wasn't enough, and started trying to coax her into mass slaughter through devouring and digesting, with the promise of EXP, levels, and so much more.
Katsumi would follow her no matter what. The world would judge her harshly, no matter what.
And Aizawa? Somehow, HE'S the best teacher the bundle of issues in the shape of a Xenomorph has. And that worries him.

Summary

But what he didn't expect was that nearly all the leaders of the Serpentine are female, and as all the generals are released, they take an interest in Kai, and Kai soon finds himself in between the affection of these generals, who all want him as their lover.
While Kai is uncomfortable at first, he slowly grows to understand them overtime, and while weird for a while, he grows to form a relationship with each of them in ways they could've never expected. Kai may have thought his destiny would've been to become the Green Ninja, but overtime, he slowly comes to understand that his future, might be so much more. But it won't be without tough trials to overcome, and Kai may be able to find a way to bring peace between the Humans and Serpentine.

Sure, he had the right conditions for it- he had the single pinky toe joint, both his parents had quirks, CT scans of his brain showed a definite quirk factor- but it didn't do anything. Nothing Izuku did would make it trigger. So he, and everyone else around him, assumed he didn't have one, and he was a quirkless kid with a 18 carat run of bad luck.
But he did, and it was active. Subconsciously controlling technology that in no conceivable reality should be present on Earth, calling it to him.

Growing up quirkless was basically a death sentence, at the very least it wasn't going to lead to a pretty life. That was what was expected when he was diagnosed as Quirkless at four years old. Thirteen years later was when everything changed, when All Might told him those fateful words, that he could be a hero.
However the true start of his journey was a year later, when an eighteen year old Izuku Midoriya awakened his true quirk, the one he didn't think he had. That was when life truly changed, or perhaps when it truly began, with untold power at his fingertips, and the desire to be less selfless and more selfish growing the more he used it. It started as a mere accident, but things rarely stayed accidental in the world of quirks.
He would change, things would be different, and when the world is in your grasp? Well, it's hard not to take the plunge.
