“Should have answered me then,” Eddie said.
Buck rolled his eyes and moved towards the fridge. “I was a little late in texting you, big deal. Besides, I have company.”
Silence rang on the other end of the phone. Buck pulled out two beers, placing them on the bench. He frowned when there was no response. “Eddie?”
“Company,” Eddie repeated, voice sounding tight over the phone.

Buck pet sits his neighbors dog and Eddie gets a little jealous.

“Still, this is bad!” Ravi cries and Hen seems to agree with him even if she's enjoying taking the piss.
“What's bad?” Chim takes the moment to join the conversation. Mouth half full of bagels.
“Eddie.” Hen supplies with no context but Chim's eyebrows go up in understanding, like they've discussed this before.
“Oh, is this about how Ravi pissed in Eddie's cornflakes? Or murdered his cat?” Chim asks, almost gleefully.
“Or monopolised his Buck.” Hen adds.
“It's always the Buck.” Chim agrees soberly.
