I Know You’d Die for Me, but What About Living? by LoveandScience

Summary
The surreality of the situation, of having chosen to let Dominus die and Chromedome live, seemed to be setting in more and more. Rewind believed humans called this a ‘Trolley Problem,’ and he had to say, he f****** hated it. Of course he didn’t regret Chromedome living, that had never been a factor in the blown circuitry of his mental health, but he’d robbed Dominus of the chance to come back. Had pulled the lever and switched the tracks at the last moment. Couldn’t have let Chromedome die, an action taken on pure instinct.
That meant something important. If only that meaning something important made the rest of it okay.
Would the reverse have been true, for Dominus? If Dominus had been the one about to die, would Rewind have switched the tracks to save him, and killed Chromedome?
It tormented Rewind to not have that answer. Increasingly so.

Summary
Rudely forced to have emotions again, Shockwave is sent into a spiral with the realization of the atrocities he’s committed. Considering himself alone (other than his obnoxious ‘pet’ Spark-Eater that he’s been trying to train) to deal with this in the age of a prosperous new Cybertron and newly granted freedom as part of Decepticon Reintegration Measures, Shockwave will have to navigate the awfulness of experiencing feelings.
Maybe he can find a way to get rid of them again. Brief flickers of happiness don’t seem worth all of this.
Is he as alone as he thinks? If he’s not, will that make things even worse?
(Story based in the universe of my other fic, however, it’s NOT necessary to read that one first to understand this fic.)

Summary
Ratchet felt the hunger that felt like pride, like strength. Like a good and righteous thing, even though it wasn’t like that anymore.
Sure, they had plenty of energon to go around currently, and all bots were guaranteed it. The bots in charge never wanted another war over fuel, and found it the easiest way to quell the pockets of violence brimming in the city. Many bots only knew war and couldn’t understand yet how to interact in a way that didn’t involve hierarchies and military order. But even they were tired of being hungry enough that they restrained themselves from committing violence for the promise of never being at risk for starving again.
So… Why wasn’t Ratchet tired of being hungry?

Ratchet struggles in a post-war society to adapt to fueling himself enough.

Crowley and Aziraphale each sit by themselves and stew in what they wish they could say to each other. That's probably why no one's interrupting their ranting.
If only the two would communicate with each other more clearly about these things.
Post Season 2 Finale (so, obviously, spoilers for that).

Summary
Cosmos heard the click of metal sliding into place from his position pinned, now, to the lab table, the looming form of Shockwave standing threateningly over him.
“I trust you will perform adequately as a test subject,” Shockwave said, optic roaming over Cosmos’ vulnerable form. Cosmos looked up, hoping the pleading in his eyes would be enough. Would communicate for him.

Summary
Post-war, Shockwave is directionless after Cybertron has fallen to the Autobots. Hopeless—not that he felt hope, because he didn't feel anything, and you were misinformed if anybot told you otherwise—he wonders what to do with his life, now. No bot respects his scientific expertise anymore, but he doesn't need anyone to, so that's fine.
Starscream escaped the Predacons, but can you believe how he's being treated like some sort of low-ranking criminal? How dare the Autobots try to throw him away to rot in jail. And after everything he's done for them! They probably wouldn't have even won the war, if it hadn't been for all of Starscream's help.
After chance (or not so chance) meetings with enemy bots, can they manage to recover what the war has stolen from them? And can the Autobots they meet heal from what they gave up on the path to stopping Megatron? Also, why did The Thirteen bring Optimus back from the dead?

Summary
Optimus Prime was a war machine.
This was not a negative judgment on him, but an assessment about how he functioned. Optimus Prime did not have an inner peace, and he did not enjoy the war, but he was good at it.

Summary
Sometimes it felt like too much. Too much sensory input. Too many expectations and bots depending on him. And at the same time, he knew the universe would do just fine without him. Both could be true, he reasoned.

Summary
The Autobots and Decepticons had been gone for quite some time--long enough without contact from his side that he wondered if anybot even remembered he was still out here. Watching. Waiting. Surveilling and keeping reports no one would probably ever read.
Not that there was much activity on a dead planet to report. The only sign of life was the other abandoned bot, but that wasn't exactly a possibility for friendship, was it? Shockwave had a reputation, even if Cosmos ignored the fact he was on the other side in this war. If he tried to make contact, he'd be more likely to be turned into some sick experiment, killed, or both, than make a friend.
Cosmos would settle for 'acquaintance he talked to sometimes.' Isolation does something to a bot, and honestly at this point, maybe becoming a science experiment wouldn't be so bad if he could finally get some interaction with another sentient being.
Based on the song, because it inspired this fic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcmErbAsI7I

Summary
In Functionist Cybertron, Megatron is selected by The Council to play the lead in a “The Bachelor” style show. Let’s follow his journey to find love, just after his years of having toiled away in the mines. D-16 has his new name and he’s going places; who wouldn’t want to find love with him?!
UnREAL meets Hunger Games, in a way.

After Megatron's death and fall to Earth, Soundwave and Laserbeak must escape from the Shadowzone. If they escape, what will be left of the Decepticon cause to salvage? What is their place on Cybertron if Autobots are to rule?
I took some liberties with the Shadowzone and diverge from Robots in Disguise.
