Summary
Ford stared at the now open air that was once the rip in reality never supposed to happen. The one that dropped him off in the multiverse, alone and without gear to survive.
Or at least he thought so until that same rip opened to send him back into his own dimension, one that was now thirty years in the future. One that moved on without him, he doesn't know what to do or how to understand this new reality for himself.

Summary
Ford has been trying to convince Stan to let him into his mind ever since they made up. He just wants to make sure there isn't some kind of huge hole in his head from the memory gun or maybe Bill hiding in the cracks left behind.
He doesn't want to poke through his mind for things that happened while they were apart! Ford would never do that... at least he would never tell Stan if he did.
But instead of a free walk into his brother's mind, he is forced to watch memories click themselves into place without help. He is forced to watch their childhood from Stan's perspective, and it does not match what he remembers.

Summary
It was nice going to this nerd convention with Ford, being able to go somewhere with his twin was a treat. Stan was still nervous with how many people were after him but Ford had brought a great point. Since Ford was well known in the scientific community then it would be weirder if he didn’t go and it was understood that he took a research assistant, so it would be weird for Stan not to go.
Hopefully with Fiddleford there, it would go all according to his brothers laid out plan.

Ford is going to go to West Coast Tech. Yes, there was a bump in the road, Stan broke his perpetual motion machine, but he fixed it! No need to worry, everything was alright and no one would know–
Ford doesn’t get in. Stan is kicked out. Homeless and scared, he falls asleep in the Stanleymobile with a thin reassurance that, at the very least, this is the worst of it.
And then he wakes up in his bed again, and Stan has to wonder, maybe that’s not true.
