“I require your assistance,” Edwin said.
“Oh?” the Cat King reclined slightly in his throne and looked Edwin up and down. “and what do you require my assistance with?” he purred.
That was how things had started between them. It had been simple enough, just a little deal, mutually beneficial of course. The Cat King would help Edwin with a few little favours and in return, he would receive Edwin's time.
“Seal it with a kiss?” the Cat King had said, cheekily, leaning his face closer to Edwin's.
To his utter shock and delight, Edwin rolled his pretty green eyes and kissed him on his cheek. Just like the first time he had done so, the Cat King was left with a chest full of fluttering and a full-body wave of longing that he knew would be sticking with him for a good long while.
