He looked to her while the rest of them nodded. “No. I was… I am scared. I spent my whole life terrified, my whole death too.”
Allison shook her head. “There’s no reason to be scared anymore, Captain.” His eyes caught hers. “A lot has changed. And we’re… proud of you, exactly the way you are.”
He looked to the floorboards again. Was he thinking about Havers? Or his death? Or the fear that must have eaten at him for all those years.
“She’s right,” Robin piped up. “People come up with dumb ideas. But all that matters is your heart. And yours was always in the right place.”

Picking up right after 15x18 “Despair” and ignoring everything after (obviously), the Winchester brothers have a crisis to fix, unfortunately, Dean would rather crawl into a bottle than deal with Chuck’s punishment or, even worse, the last words of his best friend and what they strongly implied.
