“We don’t know what might be in there,” Lisa Lisa was saying. “We will wait for Kars. That’s an order, Caesar. Protecting the stone is our first objective.”
Caesar tilted his chin down, closing his eyes, and it was like a stone statue had suddenly moved while Jojo had been absently contemplating it. He practically had to fight off shivers, because sheesh! Way to make this bizarre situation even more uncanny!
(The hell was going on in Caesar’s dense head, anyway?)
“Sensei, I’m sorry,” Caesar was saying. “I can’t obey.” But he was saying it like a vengeful god, so the apology didn’t really come through. “You know this is a blood issue. It’s a Zeppeli problem!”
Whoowhee, definitely a vengeful god.

Summary
Risotto Nero has been sent back in time with three things; his requiem stand, the arrow in his pocket, and all the terrible memories of what is to come.
It's 1999. His team is alive. He still has a chance to salvage relationships, prevent the war that is to come, and get the jump on certain enemies first before they get him. If he really wanted, he could even take the heavy crown of don for himself. But all he wants is to keep his team alive no matter what.
But this timeline isn't exactly as he remembers it. Things are changing, whether by his actions or by themselves. Can he save those that he loves with this second and last chance, or will it all be for nothing?

Jolyne knows full well that her answer will send Dad over.
“I got it from a woman that was feeding her own baby with it,” Jolyne whispers out, voice barely loud enough to be heard, but she knows with Star Platinum’s ears, Dad was able to hear it.
And it did send Dad over the edge.
“Jolyne!”

Following the end of Eyes of Heaven leading up to the epilogue and how we got to good dad Jotaro by 1999. Or at least he's trying. Basically adventures of Jotaro and little Jolyne.

Summary
Tensing in some mixture of instinctive fear and bone deep revulsion, you both curse and praise your " Creep Sensor" as you oh-so-lovingly called it. Dropping your head nervously, you look around, mind racing at every small glimpse of ginger or green, heart shuddering in a fear almost foreign to you. Glancing back up at the gentle stranger, you realize that he could be a good, and subtle getaway.
He was fairly tall, and as his face started settling into a relaxed, neutral look, you noted he actually appeared fairly intimidating, shimmering green eyes idly narrowing into a natural RBF.
Like he had heard your thoughts, the stranger stiffens. His head tilts ever so slightly, long eyelashes fluttering, as his green eyes start flickering around the bazaar. There’s a sudden shift in him that makes you incredibly nervous, reminding you quite suddenly of a dog having gone suddenly on alert.
"Ex-excuse me, sir! If w-we head over there, I c-c-can try to clean you-your suit!"
It's a desperate and slightly stupid gamble, seeing as he could just as likely be one of those kinds that liked to prey on young women, but you think you would like to take your chances.
