   Summary

   Castiel is a witch who finally made himself a home in a cozy little apartment above his cozy little bookstore. As happy as he is, though, he's lonely. After a long history of failed pets he decides to resort to drastic measures and bound his cat to his home so it can't leave. Dean, with his impeccable timing, walks right in on the spell.
