“Huh. So why are you here then? Doesn’t seem like the kind of place you rich types would hang out.” Curiosity took over any unsettling feelings he previously had about the taller of the two.
Luckily for him, Wilbur seemed more than happy to share. “I kind of get bored from all the other snobs… I always enjoy going to smaller, more local areas. It’s a lot more interesting to me.”
“So why come back here-?” Tommy pressed on, not realising that he walked back over, the only thing separating the two was the counter between them.

The man made his way to the counter, stopping right beside him. Fundy pretended not to notice, staring into his glass. It didn’t matter if he gave him any attention. Tommy had never needed an audience to babble on about nothing. He was in love with the sound of his own voice.
“Look at you, all grown up,” he observed. “You look like just like your old man.”
Fundy groaned into his drink, watching the surface of the amber liquid ripple slightly. “What the fuck are you doing here?”
Tommy leaned in, plucking the cigarette from Fundy’s loose grasp. He took a long drag and exhaled loudly, blowing smoke in Fundy’s face. “Wilbur’s back,” he said through the cloud, as if it might soften the blow.
“He’s what?”

He terrorized the Greater Dream SMP for years. He built an empire on the backs of children. He staged a revolution and emerged victorious, before bombing his own country to ashes. He died before anyone could hold him accountable, abandoning his teenage accomplices to fend for themselves.
Three years later, Wilbur Soot is back to ruin Tommy, Tubbo, and Fundy's lives all over again.

Ranboo decides to explore the long-abandoned mansion. He stumbles upon cassette tapes and antique things. It all went downhill when the Blood God and the Angel of Death took an interest in him.

“I don’t believe you for a second,” the villager said with a scoff. “Reviving the dead? You, a god? That’s the most preposterous thing I’ve heard in all my years.”
“Oh? You don’t believe me?” Dream smiled. “That’s okay, I’m more than willing to give you all a demonstration. Tommy,” he called, gesturing to the blond.
Tommy knew exactly what was going to happen, and he knew that there was no point in resisting, for it’d be over quicker if he gave up and went along with it (and if he struggled he’d really just be making a fool of himself). So he walked over to Dream, quietly, obediently, and stood facing the crowd. At least his death would be quick this time, he thought, as he shut his eyes and felt the cool of metal against his neck. One slash, and the world went dark.
Or: Tommy didn’t originally plan to hit the water when he jumped off the tower in Logsted, so he hit the ground instead. Dream decides that’s as good a time as any to test out the revival book, and upon succeeding, decides he’s a god and it’s high time he gained some followers.
