Summary
“Mr. Stark? What’s going on?” Peter asked, While Mr. Stark led him from the car, his eyes covered with a scarf.
“There is a stair, watch out” Mr. Stark said instead of answering.
Finally they got to a stop. Mr. Stark untied the scarf and Peter saw a theatre.
“What is going on Mr. Stark?” Peter asked, but Mr. Stark just told him to choose a seat.
“Okay everyone, come in!” Mr. Stark shouted. Peter saw all of the most important people to him come in. “Happy Birthday” Mr. Stark whispered as the curtain opened.
“Wait, is that?..” Peter asked looking shocked as he recognised the set.

OR Tony surprise peter with a live performance of Hamilton with the real cast for him and all the people he loves, and gives him very thoughtful gifts (such as filming the show so he and others could see it again and putting it on Netflix) Harley also gives Peter a promise ring.

“What is this, Mr. Stark? Why does it sound like a marriage proposal?” He asked with tears in his eyes, indicating that every word Tony said got to him.
“Not a marriage one, but it is a proposal.” Tony said, taking a deep breath. “I want to adopt you, Peter. If you want it, of course.” He said and quickly added “your aunt already agreed to joint custody if you do, since you already at the tower half the time”
“Really?” Peter asked with tears on his cheeks.
“Yeah, really.” Tony said and Peter jumped into his arms.
“Of course I do! I love you too dad. So much.” He said to Tony’s chest.

“Hey Pete, happy birthday” Tony said, and Peter noticed there was someone beside him, with his face to the desk.
“Who- Harley” Peter gasped, wide eyed, and raced to Harley’s embrace , who only managed to get up and catch the smaller boy in his arms, hugging him tightly. Harley had tears in his eyes and Peter was crying.
“What?” Tony asked confused at the sight of the boys
Peter pulled back, looking into Harley’s eyes. “I can’t believe you’re really here” he said, and Harley put his hands on Peter’s cheeks, wiping his tears. They both slowly leaned in and kissed. It was amazing, they were trapped in their own world, not even able to hear Tony screaming, shocked.
