Sam turned towards Zemo, raising an eyebrow. “What is it?”
“What the room was sprayed with a few minutes ago concerns me,” he said, his voice low and neutral.As Sam, Bucky and Zemo enter the Brass Monkey, a bar in the lower part of Madripoor, they all get sprayed with something; it turns out to be a heat inducer.
Problem: the Winter Soldier is a very coveted target for the criminals of the city, and as it turns out, the Winter Soldier is an omega, who is quite unsettled by that fact.

When he’s standing naked in front of Steve, hands awkwardly covering his crotch, Steve steps around to examine him. He walks around Tony in a slow circle, then gestures to a padded table on the other side of the room. “Go lie on that table. Face down.”

He heard Sam’s steps approach him, then felt arms gently slink around his waist from behind, and he smiled a little. Sam hummed, leaning up to brush a kiss to his temple.
“I take it none of this blood is yours?” he said by way of greeting, his voice low.
Bucky bit his lip. “Some of it,” he admitted, and turned around.
Sam sucked in a sharp breath. “Jesus, Buck,” he breathed, his concerned gaze flickering over Bucky’s face. “You alright?”
Shrugging, Bucky averted his eyes. “Bruised and battered ‘s all, sweetheart.”

When Bucky returns home injured from a mission, rest and relaxation are in order. Sam helps him out.
