Summary
She had wandered with a cracked skull and blinded eye but the Dark Urge had always been drawn to the space below her stomach, strangely hollow— as though something had been there once, so precious and uncertain then wrenched away.
But meeting him made it real.
“We had a child,” Enver Gortash— hated enemy— told her patiently and slowly, as though all the playing cards in the world were decked in his hands. “We have a child.”
So starts their game. Quid pro pro. For every answer he gives her, she'll gift him an hour of her time.

Summary
“Many, many years ago…” Tav swallowed. “A regional office hired me to locate a missing person. A… a magistrate.”
Astarion’s gaze snapped from the fire to hers.
“There was a man.” She squeezed her eyes shut. The following words would damn her. “He paid money… To make sure nobody would examine the body. To make sure the family would be notified only after the burial.”
Guilt drives Tav, two centuries later, when she recognises her actions had inadvertently damned a man to undeath and torture. As she seeks to right her wrongs, she’d do anything. Even let him cover her eyes, her ears, her mouth. To become deaf, deaf and dumb to his puppet strings.

Summary
The Absolute is dead. The Archduke is cornered.
And the Hero of Baldur’s Gate has just accepted the worst deal imaginable—and considers it a job title.Baldur’s Gate survives the apocalypse, which unfortunately means it still has to govern itself. With Gortash too entrenched to remove without collapsing the city, he makes one last, outrageous bid for survival: a political marriage to the Hero of the Gate.
It’s a ridiculous, power-laundering farce. Tav accepts anyway. Gortash wants a shield; Tav wants a functioning city council.
Unfortunately for everyone involved, Gortash believes he’s acquired a pliable, righteous figurehead. What he gets is a socially inept, relentlessly practical elf who views inconvenience as her only true enemy.
Contains misunderstandings, spectacular faux pas, deeply unhealthy ideas about relationships, and absolutely no development of feelings whatsoever. Obviously.
Welcome to the worst power dynamic Baldur’s Gate has ever seen.

Summary
*COMPLETE*
The chosen of Bhaal views Baldur's Gate as her altar of worship to her father but can't help but be curious about this Enver Gortash who seems to be turning up everywhere she looks. When she meets him, she knows she's going to kill him. But there's no reason she can't make him lose that tightly kept control first and bring him down to her animal level. **Non-con note** - for anyone who wants more detail about the context of this, it's hypothetical/imagined but wanted to make sure I was careful. Strongest reference to it is in chapter 3.- Language:
