Summary
A cadet branch of House Martell sits the throne in Sunspear, having negotiated an uneasy peace in the Dornish marches between Dorne, the Reach, and the Stormlands. As a grand tourney celebrating ten years of the peace approaches, the wayward, reluctant heir to Dorne meets a clever lady-in-waiting from the Reach with plans of her own—involving his hand in marriage.
Written for Jily Week 2024's "Inspired By" AU challenge, but then I thought I could knock out each prompt in one fic, so we'll see how successful that is!
