After the disaster from the X event, Xtale has been cut off of the multiverse after XGaster had been isolated inside, with the rest of its inhabitants.
One last overwrite, so that everyone gets to live their lives by themselves without interruptions. As much as they can with the unstability from the cut out.
Yet, while all links were supposed destroyed, there's still a way to contact this universe.
