Hermione always said to be careful and to not mess with time, but it's not like Aster could help it.
She didn't mean to go back in time.
She didn't mean to land in the year 1974.
She didn't mean to get stuck, with no way back.
And what was she supposed to do? Let everything continue in a downward spiral of death when Aster had the power to change it. Not bloody likely.
Ok, so maybe Aster can be blamed for what came next, but you'd do the same if you knew you could save your parents from dying.
You could blame the girl for getting engaged, amassing a large number of followers, and beating two of the most powerful wizards of the century whilst she was at it, but to be fair, Aster was always in over her head.
