    Shortly after Oscar moved to Monaco, he and Lando swapped spare keys. It was practical, really. Oscar had moved into a building more-or-less across the street from Lando’s, and it was a good idea to have someone trusted close by with a key in case either of them locked themselves out (which both had a habit of with some frequency) or had some kind of emergency. It wasn’t like they were letting themselves into the other’s flat on any kind of regular basis. Until, of course, it was.

    Lando decides that Oscar getting the breakfast he wants before the bakery runs out in the morning counts as an emergency. Oscar decides that returning the favor counts as well.
