If this was a second chance to avoid all of the hurt they would go through then he would try his hardest to make sure those closest to him never faced that type of pain.

Jay leaned into Daniel’s chest, his head tucked into the crook of Daniel’s neck, so close it looked like his lips were brushing against his skin. His hand was pawing away at the raven head's uniform, tugging the shirt dangerously low with each pull.
Daniel, with his pale hand, playfully ruffled Jay’s blond hair, fingers winding possessively through the strands. The sight of Jay’s hair caught in Daniel’s fist painted a picture far more intimate than it should have.
The last straw was when Daniel turned to bury his face in Jay's hair. Giving a long, and almost painfully, audible sniff that Zack could hear all the way from the door.
“Okay, what the actual f*ck?” the boxer exclaimed, his voice breaking the tension.
-----Zack and the others go clubbing at the famous and newly opened club and Daniel gets dragged into it.

Jay gets pushed by Kitae to operate the club for him while he's away. Daniel is a sweetheart and helps him keep the nightclub afloat. Somewhere in between, their professional relationship begins to evolve into something more, blurring the lines between friendship and romance.
