    This is actually incredible, it led on so believably from where The Long Game left off in terms of canon events and plotlines. The birthday posts thing 😭 Also I got actualy goosebumps reading the commentary transcript for that final Cup game so if that's not great writing, idk what is.

    Oh. This is… not good.

    Ilya very slowly lowers himself down on the bed, spine straight. “Why are you calling?”

    Pike huffs. “Trust me, I don’t want to be.”

    “Okay, then, why? How do you know… Lily?”

    A beat. Then, “You’re Lily.”

    Protectiveness rears its ugly head. Severely, Ilya declares, “This is none of your fucking concern.”

    “He’s asking for you.”

    OR: when Shane gets hurt on the ice, Hayden Pike reaches out to Boston Lily.

    @NHLInsider There’s rumor going around that Page Six has evidence from last weekend’s All-Star Game that two NHL players are romantically linked. Checking my sources to see what I can find out. Will update later. This could have huge implications if true.

    @hattrickzzzz @luverofhockey would it really be all that surprising? Hockey is one of the most homoerotic sports in existence. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if they had whole team orgies after every game.
