Yoshizawa Kasumi was a prodigy. A once-in-a-lifetime talent in gymnastics, who - along with her younger twin - could compete in competitions nearly unopposed. As she prepared to move into high school, she felt as though she were on top of the world.
Then, she made a fatal mistake. One which would ruin all her dreams, and brand her a criminal.
Now, forced on probation and blacklisted from the sport she loves, Kasumi must survive a single year in Tokyo. With a new guardian, in a new home, and at a new school.
Ideally, without getting into any trouble, either.

As a general rule, Gwendolyn (Gwen) Stacy tried to ignore the oddities in her life. The knowledge she had, without ever having to learn it. The skills she had, without ever having to train them. It was hard enough living in Gotham, but it was even worse for people who stood out. Besides, Gwen had enough on her plate anyway, splitting her time between high school at Gotham Academy and practicing with her friends/bandmates.
