Summary
The more sad and tragic a person's life is, the higher the likelihood that they'll become an omega. A person who experiences the most tragedies and who is the most bullied and oppressed will become the prettiest, most desirable omega of all. This is nature's way of helping poor, pitiful omegas attract the best, most powerful alphas to take care of them and treat them right.
Unfortunately, omegas have no rights and must always listen to their alphas and submit to their authority. Knowing this, Severus immediately casts a concealment glamour on himself when he triggers as an omega after Lily's death, to prevent anyone else from finding out about his true nature.
But as Severus lies dying from Nagini's venom, his magic fades and his concealment glamour fails. Oh no! What will Voldemort, the evil Dark Lord, do when he realises Severus is an omega - the prettiest, most desirable omega of all?!
