Someone in the small town of Namimori had been officially diagnosed as Quirkless.
It was rare nowadays to not have a Quirk. It normally meant an early death one way or another, which prevented the Quirkless gene from being passed on. Some people called it survival of the fittest; evolution.The students took to calling him Useless Tsuna, no doubt for his Quirkless status.

The door swung open and Izuku stood in the middle of the entrance way breathing heavily "Dad!" He shouted, immediately throwing himself into his father's arms. Kyoya looked away from the scene, not wanting to intrude on the small reunion.
"C'mon! C'mon! There's so much that I have to tell you about! I'm a Hero Student, dad! I have friends! Real, actual friends! And – and I got my Quirk finally!" Izuku was speaking a mild a minute, tugging Tsunayoshi in by the wrist who simply looked at his son with an indulgent smile.
Kyoya followed, gently closing the door behind him.
