Summary
At the age of six, Reika Hashibira received a divine blessing, a power unseen in hundreds of years. A power that could save or damn the lives of those around her. A power that placed her in the middle of the conflict between demons and humans. Captured because of this power, kept alive because of its usefulness, she must endure horrors and tragedies, growing up under the care of Douma, the Upper Moon 2, who, after destroying Reika's family, insists on calling himself her "father." Between the sacred and the profane, between emotions and apathy, she will struggle to maintain her sanity, but in the process will she lose her humanity, becoming more like the monsters who raised her?

Summary

Higanbana observed through many eyes, many flowers. Her vision was spread across so many places at once that the complexity and volume of information would be enough to break an ordinary mind. Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on who you asked, she didn't have an ordinary mind; she had the mind of a demon, a very, very superstitious demon.
“My autumn flower, our meal will cool, and you should eat to conserve your energy for the wonderful night we have ahead of us,” Douma said, his voice soft and concerned as he gently placed a hand on her shoulder. “I know you’re worried, but things can’t be that bad, can they?”
“Douma, dearest, we … literally started with a bang, an explosion. Our wise Master was poisoned by a mysterious drug, and now there are more Slayers scattered throughout Infinity Castle than I can keep track of with all the flowers I have spread.” she replied, her voice drier than usual, but dripping with irony. “And more importantly, we’re not paid enough for this.”
"We... are not paid for being demons and serving our master, though."
"Exactly, I deserve a raise.”

Summary
The Flowerverse AU is an alternative universe to my fic Pitiful Beings, which by itself is an AU of kny. The major difference between the two is the that the Flowerverse has the presence of Higanbana and the stories in it center around her. The two universes are independent from one another and can be read independently, one will not spoil the other significantly.

Summary
After the defeat of Gabriel Agreste and the disappearance of the mysterious peacock miraculous user, Marinette is left to try her best as Guardian and pick up the pieces. With the kwamis left in hibernation, no leads on the missing peacock miraculous, and no way to contact her beloved partner, she's left to her wit's end on where to proceed.
That is, until the prime suspect of the peacock wielder coincidentally takes up an apprenticeship at her parents' bakery. Adrien Agreste, son of Hawkmoth, has seemingly planted his roots in her home while Marinette was away for an apprenticeship. This could either be a disaster in the making, or the perfect opportunity to retrieve the missing miraculous... either way, it's war.
At least, it would be, if the gosh darn villain weren't so sweet!

Now that he was a god again, Apollo was trying to do better- at a lot of things, honestly, but especially for the demigods, and especially for HIS demigods.
And.... to some extent, for himself, too, but he does his best not to think too much about that. Baby steps and all.
And really, thats all he's trying to do, after his trials. Just baby steps. Just little changes that added up to mean so much in the end.This is a story of another little baby step Apollo takes. Its nothing dramatic, nothing drastic, nothing would have changed if he didn't take this little step at all.
But he does, and he finds himself quite grateful he did.Series
