Summary
She held her breath for a moment.
The brunette had let her hair down. The poet couldn’t remember a time when her hair wasn’t pinned back neatly, but now chestnut curls cascaded down past her shoulders, framing her delicate features. How often did Austin have the privilege of seeing her like this? Her stomach turned sourly at the thought.
She looked so soft and vulnerable it made Emily want to fly upstairs and put pen to paper. It hit her quite suddenly that this would be happening all the time. Family breakfast with everyone. And Sue, with her big brown eyes and hair that was surely as soft as it looked.
I’m in trouble, she thought to herself. Though she refused to acknowledge the how or the why.
_____
Sue Gilbert moves into the Dickinson Homestead after some news. Emily has only ever known her as Austin's gf until they're suddenly in close quarters. Which should end well.

Summary
She couldn’t recall a single instance of what Ava had described. Finally she had to concede with a small shake of her head. Ava gasped and jumped up.
“I’m going to make you a list! Oh Bea, there’s so many good ones. I mean, there’s bad ones, but we deserve those too!”
As usual, she couldn’t help but get roped into Avas’s orbit, her mission, already feeling overwhelmed and a little nervous if she was being totally honest with herself. All she could do was buckle up for whatever ride she was about to be taken on.

Summary
“We should go out,” Emery declared before biting into her tacos, hoping she didn’t look like a complete untamed beast eating. She’d been raised to have impeccable manners but she eschewed most of the useless crap they’d tried to drill into her. Unfortunately for her parents, she had absorbed their stubborn streak.
Samira stared at her wide-eyed but said nothing. She also gave nothing away so Emery couldn’t tell if she was completely repulsed by the idea. She tucked a curl behind her ear and seemed to go inward a moment.
“We are out.”
She was being cheeky but hiding it behind this mask of earnestness that Emery enjoyed more than obvious sarcasm.
“Think about it. Yolanda would stop nagging at me about going on dates, and you actually get to go on them. Experience life outside of the Pitt.”
Samira nibbled gingerly on her own meal, making a valiant attempt to not make a mess. She set her own taco down carefully, leaning her arms back on the bench, staring up at the few clouds left in the twilight sky.
Dr. Walsh and Dr. Mohan kind of do the fake dating thing until it's not

Summary
Yolanda tensed and curled her fists on the window, still not giving the other woman the satisfaction of turning around.
Her whole body, her breasts, were very intentionally pressing into her back now. Yolanda felt insane, overwhelmed by the smell of her fragrance, underneath that, her, a smell she was coming to know intimately.
She wanted to tell the intern to fuck off already, but despite it all, quietly relished the closeness, hating herself for it. Trinity brought her nose to the back of her neck and breathed her in.
It felt as shaky as it sounded and Garcia felt it everywhere in her body, breaking out in goosebumps.
It wouldn’t take much effort to spin them around so that Trinity was the one pinned against her car. Could only imagine her half lidded eyes and parted mouth if she softly dragged a hot palm up her thigh.
If she let out a pathetic whine she would never forgive herself.
“I’m going to let you go, Yolanda,” her voice was strained but determined.
“Samira and I are friends. Just that. All night all I wanted was for you to notice me. Fuck, I don’t even know why I’m telling you this. It’s your move, Dr. Garcia.”

Summary
Emily nervously began to back pedal, embarrassed she would put herself in such a revealing position, even if Sue was someone who knew better than most that she was not immune to occasionally making an ass of herself.
Sue sat up very quickly, pulling on Emily's hand to get her to look over.
“Emily. Are you saying what I think you’re saying?”
“I don’t know what you mean, dear Sue. Anyway I’m going to check on those cookies.”
“No.”
“No?”
“Tell me.”
Emily wriggled around uncomfortably.
“Sue, what’s there to tell, it’s a perfectly normal and healthy thing that people do. I have to go now.”
“Are you embarrassed?”
“What? Me? Hardly.”
“I think it’s hot.”
Emily felt the flush all over at the admission.
“You don’t think it's weird?”
Emily watched mesmerized as Sue licked her lips moving to straddle her lap.
“I like that you think about me.”

Summary
“Let me get this straight,” Santos says, flat and disbelieving. “No one you’ve fucked has ever made you come?”
Samira glares at her, flushed with embarrassment. “Say it a little louder, why don’t you? The people upstairs might not have heard.”
"Samira,” Santos says, shaking her head. “This is a crime that should earn your exes fifty to life, no parole. Getting you off would be a fucking privilege.” A beat, and then: “Shit, if you ever want a hand with that, you could just ask me.”

“There’s money on you or Abbot snagging that resident first.”
This piques Emery’s attention. Abbot. No mention of the intern. She tries not to let her interest show on her face. “Funny. I don’t know which resident you’re talking about.”
Garcia snorts. “I think you do.”
