Summary
Notoriously child free starlet Rose Landry has offered to be the surrogate for her best friend Shane Hollander and his husband Ilya Rozanov. Right around the time tabloids begin to swirl about the starlet’s mysterious pregnancy, reports drop of Tatiana, a 6 year old Russian orphan claiming to be Ilya’s illegitimate daughter conceived during his final summer in Russia 7 years before. Shane initially believes the reports to just be the girl’s orphanage trying to capitalize on his husband’s fame, but Ilya becomes convinced that Tatiana may actually be his upon seeing that she’s the spitting image of his late mother. Soon Ilya and Shane are in a transatlantic fight to prove the girl as Ilya’s daughter and bring her home to Canada while also preparing their home for a new baby in just a few short months. To make things more intense, when the press catches on that Shane may be the father of Rose’s baby, they begin to suspect that there’s trouble in paradise. But they’re wrong. It just turns out that paradise was a little bigger than the pair thought.

Summary

Grainy and dark, enhanced digitally to shit but still just recognisable enough; Shane Hollander smiling dopily as a broad-shouldered man in a dark hoodie has him pushed up against a red brick wall, one knee lifted to hook around the back of a thigh, a large hand possessively holding it in place as the hooded figure has his face hidden in the crook of Hollander’s neck — presumably kissing him there, intimately.
Ilya knows his team is good, and they do the best they can.
