I got the title from the song 'Toxic Thoughts' by Faith MarieDon't be scared off by the OC Batfam members tag. It is the children (many adopted) of the Original Batfam members. Terry just needs a support system.

In an alternate to my final chapter of my last work, Poison Ivy does a lot more damage then just whammying Damian and Dick. Poor Jason is just trying to relax and be with his family. Instead of just Dick and Damian getting hit by the white slime, they all got hit and Ivy managed to drag them all away to her hideout, but because Damian is smarter than the rest of his family, he noticed that while he couldn’t hear human voices, he could hear artificial sounds and other human noises. And he’s a trained assassin. He can fight without his eyes. He managed to get away from Poison Ivy while Batgirl, Nightwing and Batman were taken.

Okay, there's a lot to explain. Lilith discovers Hunter's true Golden Guard nature two years before Cannon. Luz falls through a natural portal just days after Lilith and Eda fake Hunter's death and gets him out of the castle, and Belos makes her his newest Golden Guard. Hunter ends up back at the castle, and everyone else is under the impression that the New Golden Guard revived him from the dead. This work is heavily inspired by Not_A_Cop's beautiful masterpiece called Guards of Gravesfield. While it is not required to understand this fic, it is such an amazingly crafted work that I heavily recommend reading it!
