Weighed down by brutal waves of trauma, an abusive family whose hold lingers over Lauren's shoulders like a curse- and a university life that is so unfulfilling that she dissociates through entire chapters of her life during a single lesson alone- Lauren's life is a bit of a nightmare.Yet, with the twisted call of The Asmodeus Bar- a bar beyond the veil, which can heal all wounds- and with the divine decree of a certain Occult Club chasing after Lauren's exhausted heels; it seems life has other plans for her- especially when such an 'innocent' seeming club thrusts her into the ravaging waves of an ancient decree; into a inescapable destiny like no other.
All Lauren is trying to do is survive, and escape the torment of her abusers- yet her soul is entwined with something WAY beyond her deepest desires. -
