Summary
The internship process is changed around. Instead of the usual week long Internships, students will spend 2 months interning under a Hero, with many more permissions than ordinary interns. Izuku receives an offer from the Number 7 hero, Miruko. This changes everything. Learning how to be more bold, learning to be more true to who he is, means every interaction from this point on changes.
But the delay has led to some people gaining courage where they otherwise would be scorned. Enter a world where villains aren't just roadblocks in the story. Where they are threats, true and real, and every fight is one for survival. A world where 1-A makes an effort to soar just as far as Izuku, not content to fall behind.
Izuku meets with Himiko Toga, just the first of the Lives he's changed. And in turn, she changes his life. Helps him realize some things. Namely, that He, may actually be a She.

Summary
“We’re mated, Tim,” Dick says slowly, in a tone of voice usually reserved for small children or panicking civilians.
“What is that supposed to mean? We’re mates? Did we move to England? Do we use that word to describe friendship and general camaraderie now? Did I miss that memo?” Her voice reaches a kind of hysterical note at the end, because absolutely nothing about this day so far has made sense and she’s only been awake for about ten minutes.
(Or, it is a totally normal day, except for the part where Tim wakes up with Jason and Dick and also apparently significant portions of society and human biology changed and no one bothered to notify her.)
