Summary
After escaping from Separatist fighters, their ship is heavily damaged, and they are forced out of hyperspace and have to crash land on an uninhabited planet. The Marauder sustained enough damage that they don't know if they'll be able to get off the planet again, and all of them were injured in the landing. Somehow, they must come together so that they can all survive, and maybe find a way back to the war.

He grows quiet, a beat of silence passes, the small gasp of a breath before he speaks again. She’s not looking at him, but she can hear the subtle smile in his voice. “Whatever we want, kid.”
Inevitably, her head falls to rest on his arm. The leather pauldron is soft. She hears cicadas sing their way in the distance, feels heat lay softly on her cheeks. The air smells of sea salt and grass. Is this what freedom smells like? Is it the wind of peace that is gently tugging at the strands of her hair?
