Summary
It's the party's first ever high school party and to say they are excited would be an understatement. Since Mike and Will were dating, they decided to get ready together at Mike's place and while in doing so, Will finds out his boyfriend had gotten a new pair of jeans, and they looked a bit too good on him. Will didn't want to be one of those boyfriends who threw a fit about what their significant other was wearing, but he couldn't help the jealousy that came crawling up at the idea of everyone seeing his boyfriend in those jeans at the party. He was screwed.

.“Mike.” Will’s strained voice carried over to his boyfriend who turned to look at him questionably. “Those look really good.” A bit too good. In fact, Will was starting to get worried.

Summary
Set after season 4 ending before season 5 begins aka the 18-month gap (the Byers are living with the Wheelers).
El's and Mike's relationship took a huge toll after what happened with Max hence the breakup. Feeling guilty, Mike goes down a destructive path and unexpectedly Andy-Jason's friend-takes an interest in him. Will just wants to make sure Mike is safe and his feelings stay hidden, but how long can he when he finds himself glued to Mike's hip once Holly is deemed to be in sudden danger. Dustin is drifting away, unable to cope with Eddies death, and Lucas is trying his best to keep the party together despite his own problems.
Byler and Jancy parallels from season 1 and season 2 as well as the party being there for each other.

Mike Wheeler loves his little sister- he really does, he will always be there to care for her and protect her whenever she needs it. But sometimes, her obsessions can be just a little too much for him. But she's literally 6 and he's a responsible (that's a stretch) teenager, so he'll deal with it. If only Holly could stop insisting Will was his Prince Charming.
