Psychos rape him in the shower.
Dabi feels bad but not close enough with Keigo to comfort him. The Fire User puts a towel over the Bird's head and walks away, leaving the ex-Hero to cry.
Later, after Keigo returns from solitary confinement, Dabi puts a blanket over the Bird in bed. Keigo cries.
Later, Dabi admits he knew the Bird was crying and asks why. The ex-Hero admits he doesn't know.

Silence hits the courtroom like a physical blow, and Hawks ignores all of the stunned faces to focus on Dabi, who rolls his eyes and mouths ‘you dramatic fucking pigeon’ at him. The nickname warms Hawks’ heart.
“What is the reason for your request?” the judge asks, finally regaining his voice. Hawks drags his eyes away from Dabi to look up at the judge.
“Spousal privilege,” he answers.
