    Chara and Frisk have been coexisting for a while now, neither of them really ever getting what they want, the ending they want, without the other intervening. Reset after reset they've endured, falling into one of two routines depending on who is in control.
    Only it isn't just them enduring these constant loops. When a certain skeleton snaps under the weight of never-ending resets, something Chara hasn't felt for a long time begins to stir. And he isn't about to give into it so easily.
