“Yeah, Etho?” Cleo asked, blankets rustling as they presumably turned to look at him from where they lay somewhere to his left.
Etho closed his eyes against the pounding headache in his skull and exhaled the hesitance from his lungs.
“I think I might be a little sick, Cleo,” he admitted.
uhm. Etho gets sick after session 7 and the boogie apocalypse. That's kinda it. Just dying and then cuddling

"Ranboo you're the best!" Technoblade had said, "Ranboo we're best friends!"
And obviously, obviously, he didn't mean it literally — everyone knew that Technoblade's best friend was Philza, just to state the most obvious issue with that statement — but it still wasn't something Ranboo had been expecting to hear when Technoblade had first shown up at his shack with hinted suggestions that they go on an adventure together. And Ranboo couldn't help but feel… something as the words replayed again and again in his mind.
Ranboo and Technoblade both find themselves unable to sleep after the days excitement, and end up having a midnight chat instead

Summary
It was something Technoblade had noticed with Ranboo, that whenever they were sick or injured, or otherwise not doing the best, they had a tendency to just completely lose all ability to properly care for themself.
They certainly never turned to anyone for help (which Technoblade would be more willing to complain about if he weren't the same way). It was unfortunately not an entirely uncommon occurrence for Technoblade or Philza to stumble across the kid curled up in their shack with untreated wounds or passed out in the kennel with a bad cold.
Technoblade finds a mildly injured Ranboo asleep in his living room and gets them patched up.

"Yeah, I hate to say it, but Phil's right. You look at least like a quarter dead, Ranboo. Probably best if you do stay here for the night," Techno remarked. He didn't sound very persuadable. Of course he didn't, he was Technoblade.
"Yeah… alright." Ranboo relented, voice breaking and forcing out a single cough before they could say anything else. "Thanks, Techno."
"Ehh, it's not a big deal." Techno averted his gaze, far more than was necessary to simply avoid eye contact for Ranboo's comfort. "I don't really care. So long as you don't throw up on my couch or anything you're fine."
Ranboo ends up spending the night at Techno's house while sick. It has its ups and downs, but everyone's trying their bests.
(On indefinite hiatus thanks to school + lack of motivation, but in a decently coherent state if you wanna pretend it's complete?)

Ranboo reached into their pocket and fumbled with the device, almost on autopilot as they found the call button next to Philza's name. It only rang for a second or two before the man picked up.
"Hey Ranboo!" Phil greeted, the familiar friendliness of his voice sending a wave of relief down Ranboo's spine. It almost made them smile.
"Phil, I need help." Ranboo said, ignoring how rough and shaky their voice sounded in comparison to Phil's.
"Are you in danger?" Phil's tone shifted to something more serious in an instant. "Where are you?"
Ranboo respawns after Hitting on 16 and calls Philza for help.

Technoblade and Philza had thick cloaks that kept them warm, a helpful remnant of their days ruling the Arctic Empire together before coming to this server to participate in these Games.
Ranboo, on the other hand, wore only a black suit. It was professional and handsome, but not exactly the most practical given the environment.
Aka, Boreal Trio decides to set up base in the tundra, Ranboo isn't as prepared for the weather as his teammates. He ends up getting sick.
