Don’t take too seriously; it is quite funny.
Why would Izuku NOT at least give his damn contact info, or ask for the receivers contact info, when giving someone a Quirk?
This is perhaps a somewhat disturbingly realistic way of how a severely depressed person might react to a stranger blessing them with a "Miracle".
