It’s natural for children to use their quirks. It isn’t something you do voluntarily when you are young, or else how would he know to splash that boy you tell me about? The more you stomp down on quirk usage, the more of an urge to use it.” He cleared his throat, his tone turning serious. “This isn’t mandatory, of course, but the Hero Commission has recently started a discreet program, to help trouble cases before they become trouble. They basically help children get a feel for their quirk and learn some self-regulation and control. It helps them refrain from using their quirks in harmful ways. It’s very new, so you could potentially be the first to officially be in it.”
