When he meets the man behind the pies, he decides that there's no way Jack could really appreciate this guy's talent the way he does, even if they are friends. He starts hiring Jack's chef on the side, in the hopes that maybe once Bitty's done with college he'll come work for Jesse.

    Good thing there is absolutely no way whatsoever that Jesse could possibly be misinterpreting this situation.

    Well, if that was her idea of enticing conversation, it was no wonder she had all those evenings free to chase after scoundrels like him. Still, Astarion didn’t want to antagonize her further and ruin the game, so he pursed his lips and guessed, “A very large, well-placed cannon?”
    “Tax fraud.”
    She looked at him as if she expected some sort of reaction – maybe a dramatic gasp? A palm flung to his forehead in a theatrical rendition of How could I not think of this?
    Everything he could muster was a blink. “Tax … fraud.”
    She nodded, obviously excited about what Astarion was sure were two of the most boring words in the English language, combined.
    "That's how we'll take down Cazador."

    tony invites peter to meet pepper's family in california. peter is ecstatic at the thought of having a set of grandparents, but they aren't too keen on having a grandchild that isn't biologically theirs. morgan is spoiled, peter gets left out, and tony is caught in the middle of trying to prove himself to his in-laws or standing up for his son.

     

    With newfound reluctance, he took Tony's hand, preparing himself to be ignored for the rest of the trip.

    That is—until Pepper's mom turned around, looking Peter up and down before giving him a obviously fake smile,
