Summary
When Grian was 18 years old, he founded the Evolution SMP.
When Grian was 21 years old, he was taken, and his server destroyed. It had been so long ago, the details were starting to get fuzzy.
When Xelqua was 25 years old, he escaped
(within an inch of his life).When Xelqua was the same age, he was found bleeding out by an Admin. Xisuma. Grian had become player again. Had become one of Xisuma's players.
And now here Grian was again, 29 and making a deal with the devil. His life for his servermates.
What Grian had failed to do at age 29, however, was to think this deal over for more than five seconds.

Summary
The end of the server, at least according to everyone else, started with a simple cough.
Grian had been feeling a little under the weather, at first he thought it was because of lack of sleep but when Mumbo and Ren stopped their arguing to stare at Grian, he wondered if maybe, it was worse than he thought.
“Are you ok? That sounds really bad dude,” Ren’s voice echoed gently across the room, Mumbo forgetting all about teasing Ren for his failed trap to murmur in agreement.
“I think it was just the dust,” he responded, clearing his throat whilst he continued to mine upwards, “I’ll be better once I get out of here, seriously, the real trap here is that you didn’t make a way out,” Grian teased lightly, Mumbo laughing.

Grian somehow managed to get the flu, and getting sick as an Avian is not good, getting sick as Grian however? Even worse, he is twice as chaotic
Or: Grian gets the Bird Flu and reverts back to his Avian Instincts whilst he recovers, as well as managing to almost destroy the server and everything the other Hermits worked so hard to achieve

Summary
It's a tradition to burn down a Woodland Mansion at every start of a season. Only this time it's not only inhabited by mindless mobs. There is actually an uncorrupted Player Allay there.
Scar and Cub don't really know how to feel about Grian when they help to rescue him. If they'd come just a few weeks later Grian would have become a Vex. And the reminder of what they lost confronts them with feelings they would have liked to forget.
Grian, on the other hand, really just wants to enjoy his newfound freedom and do what Allays are supposed to do - gathering things and causing mischief. Which is hard to do when you’ve been dropped into a foreign world and have no clue where your former crew has ended up. Not to mention the two very intriguing Vex, who give off very mixed signals. Not that Grian is any better at communication.
