Summary
Since Luna-1, no one knows what to do about Pharma. The rogue doctor awaits his pending fate in a makeshift cell on the Lost Light, with his wings bound and alt-mode restricted. After the apocalyptic events of Dark Cybertron, Pharma doesn’t expect he’ll survive to trial. Even Megatron’s fate has been put on hold until Prime and the Autobots salvage some kind of legal system. In the interim, the Lost Light remains grounded. Injured and infirm bots overrun the med bay team. Since Rodimus won’t depart Cybertron until their ship, crew, and allies are up and running, Ratchet suggests they put their captive surgeon to work. First Aid is less than pleased.
For his part, Pharma never thought he’d join a quest. He knows he won’t last long once his past–and the D.J.D.–catches up with him. It’s only a matter of time.

Starscream invented, deeply, and engaged each individual biomechanical component within his gauntlets, metal clacking against metal softly, straining to hold himself upright. The precision of the act was just as important as remaining upright. The right timing, the right movement.

Starscream would never be helpless, never again, not even as a prisoner."This is my S2 rewrite, which will be a Decepticon-centric (with STSC as the protagonist) take on some of the earlier plot threads in the season, branching off to have it's own unique plotline and antagonist in the end. Starting directly from the season 1 finale, and going over *why* the Decepticons supposedly ran off and betrayed the Autobots
