Summary
A strange whirring noise disrupts the small gathering, it doesn’t take long before a strange portal appears right behind Midoriya, fortunately Todoroki shoves him out of the way just as something flies out the portal and crashes into the cabinets at the other end of the room next to Uraraka.
Both boys take a battle-ready stance when Uraraka speaks up.
“Uhh, guys, we should call Aizawa, the guy is bleeding from his head.” She points to the unconscious man laying on the ground, curled on the ground. The man has a strained look as if in terrible pain, the red hair stuck to his skin like glue and blood streaming down his face with strange red markings.

Summary
Being a (relatively) new addition to the Port Mafia, Chuuya had risen in rank quite quickly, his reputation from his days back when he was still in the sheep still following him. However, none of that could have prepared Chuuya for his latest mission.

Mission task: Eliminate Kagero Okuta, also known to the world as ‘Giran’.This man was apparently a known affiliate with the Port Mafia to the outside world, not that Chuuya knew much about anything outside of Yokohama anyway. Then, like a bomb, Chuuya gets told that he had an identity in the outside world that had a past, HE had a past now.
OR
One Nakahara Chuuya, now Midoriya Izuku, has a mission to go back to Musutafu and kill a Port Mafia informant in the outside world.
Can Chuuya do it, or will Chuuya crumble under the weight of heroics outside of the safety of Yokohama?

Chuuya is baffled by a young girl with those kinds of thoughts, especially since she’s from Musutafu—one of the biggest hero cities.
Chuuya isn’t sure what to do. He hates that city, but he likes this kid.

Years later, after meeting one of the most interesting kids from Musutafu, a class of heroes comes to visit Yokohama.
And he sees the kid he met all those years ago.

Summary
Yokohama seals itself off because it doesn’t want help. Musutafu’s heroes decide that’s illegal. The Port Mafia responds by handing them a carefully traumatized teenager, a fake rescue, and a narrative so convincing even the heroes don’t realize they’re part of the plan. Chuuya pretends to be helpless, Dazai pretends not to be involved, and Mori pretends this isn’t hilarious. Everyone is lying. The heroes think they’re winning.
