Peter is Spider-Man but doesn’t know Tony Stark. Tony Stark has only heard of Spider-Man but hasn't gotten involved. Homecoming happened without Tony Stark's involvement.
Peter also skipped a year in school, so he's a junior at this point in time, although he's the age of a sophomore.

Peter Parker’s life is not going great. After May’s death, he moved in with a foster family. After a few months he couldn’t stand the abuse any longer and ran away. Now he’s living on the streets, lies to his best friend on a daily basis and is quickly losing hope.
Tony and Steve are a happily married couple and leaders of the avengers. When noticing his genius, Tony decides to make that highschooler who had come to SI as reward for winning a contest his personal intern. Both avengers soon get attached, but it seems like the kid is hiding something. Will they be able to help him?
