Loyalty, Hope and the darkest of gates.
As lightning strikes and shadows creep,

As Storms rage the faded will rise,
And the Sea will shelter the pearl of its' eyes.~~~
Born a hero in Ancient Greece, Perseus ascended. A mirror of his sister Rhode, he is married off to Apollo, the sun god. Thought not a protested marriage, he gains a centuries oath of Fidelity from him. A century they spend, happy.
Until even that ended, and his husband strayed so very often.
Trapped within a now one-sided marriage, his Father's protection no longer shelter him from the mocking laughs and cruel looks from the rest of Olympus. Slowly, illness sets in, divinity fading with time as his name is slowly erased from memory.
Then a quest of Heroes stumble upon his cavern.
