Summary
Midoriya Izuku has believed his entire life that he does not have a quirk. He never developed one as a child that anyone could tell, so he either doesn't have a quirk or his quirk is useless anyways. Everyone around him believes that he's quirkless, one of the first quirkless people to not have a second toe joint.
The kinda voice that he kinda hears, the sense he has somewhere between hearing and seeing. Well, he's always thought that it's either normal or that he's crazy. And the way he can sometimes change things, well, nobody else ever noticed the changes, so more evidence that he's crazy.
Turns out he's been wrong his entire life, and so has everyone else.
