Alright so, to be fair, Akira knew he was acting a little off, he just didn’t think that anyone would notice enough to call him out on it. He could play it off, he could ignore the question, or he could let them figure it out themselves. And really, the last one would probably happen regardless, so it might as well happen on his terms.
-Takes place in Akira’s third year and he stays in Tokyo. Makoto and Haru are in college and probably won't be mentioned much, and Akechi is alive because I like how fucked up he is.-

This was a bad idea from the beginning. Connor had been well aware of that when he'd made the decision to forge and lie his way into the DPD in the first place, after more than a month of mulling the idea over.
One month of existing as a machine. Two months now of deviancy. A mere three months of life he endangers every time he steps into the station.
Being thrust back into investigating deviants may feel like a cosmic joke, but he thinks it's also an opportunity.

Jack Abbot is beyond exhausted when he finds a med student crying in the hallway. So far past dealing with the crying that he tries to convince the med student to a marriage of convenience just to stop the tears. The longer he thinks on it though, the more he realizes that marrying the little mouse, Dennis Whitaker, might actually make sense.
Robby is convinced Jack is having a mid life crisis. Or a nervous breakdown. Or petty revenge for his dissapointment in Robby sleeping with Collins. Regardless, he doesn’t know how to help the med student Jack is marrying.
Dennis can’t keep doing this. He’s homeless, broke, and about to have to drop out of med school when he’s so close to finishing. If an ER attending is going to offer a guest room to crash in and covering the expenses of med school, he might just go ahead and marry him. He can always figure things out later, right?
