    The peace of a London bookshop is shattered when Azariah (once the Angel Aziraphale) discovers that his traumatic fall was not a divine accident, but a calculated tactical strike by Archangel Gabriel. By stripping Azariah of his grace and pushing him into the abyss, Gabriel intended to remove the only guardian capable of protecting Jude, the impossible son of an Angel and a Demon.
