After Peter's precarious position goes from bad to worse time and time again, he is left all alone with nothing but his anger and resentment at the world to keep him company. He wonders how much more he can take and whether the growing grudge between him and the Avengers will be enough to finish him off for good. Will he be able to complete his mission in time? Does he even want to anymore?

Tony Stark is trying to keep his anxiety under control when the news hits him that he has a son and that son has been around for longer than Tony knows.
The story that eventually inspired "Finding Home," my main MCU story. You don't need to read that to enjoy this one.

He opened and closed his mouth several times, inhaling through his nose then slowly releasing the breath through his mouth. His eyebrows were furrowed and his nose was scrunched in a facial expression that read “okay, what the fuck.”
