It was a calm night pretty much like most on flower fruit mountain, it was a blessed little corner of heaven on earth where nights were always clear and days were always bright. The moon shone just as brightly as the sun as they worked in tandem, dancing familiarly with one another. Tonight was a lazy night for the two mystic beings inhabiting the mountain, Wukong had grabbed everything he had in his alcohol stash and pulled Macaque to sit with him in a beautiful clearing that overlooked the river that lead all the way down to the sea. Nothing could be heard but the sound of their collective laughter and the gushing of the streams, it was familiar, it was safe, it was their everything.
