Summary

His cropped orange denim jacket frames his middle in a downright dangerous way. Oscar knows by the sound alone. “Australia doesn’t exist, mate. It’s a myth! Corporate bullshit!”
Something freezes in Oscar’s chest, cold despite being in the middle of a nuclear desert. He turns and stares at the face of his teammate. Familiar grin and unfamiliar tanlines. “What the fuck did you just say?”
