Summary
The stress of losing Xiao Jiu and having to leave him behind in that manor causes Yue Qi to undergo his first heat. To his surprise, the demonic cultivator who finds him not only doesn't take advantage of him, he goes out and rescues Xiao Jiu, free of charge.
(Or the one where Qi-ge gets a nice cozy nest, his Xiao Jiu, and a responsible adult to pat his head, call him "good boy", and take care of the big bad problems, just like he deserves.)

Summary
When Batman rescues a twelve-year-old boy from a sex-trafficking ring, he ultimately makes the decision to look after him for a few days, feeling responsible for his current condition. Joker Venom was a nasty drug, and Bruce feared that the boy might not make a full recovery without his help.
Revealing his identity to the boy is the logical next step. Building trust was important, and Bruce needed Jason to trust him.
There’s one slight problem with Bruce’s plan.
Due to the effects of the Joker Venom, Jason doesn’t remember anything about meeting Batman, let alone Bruce Wayne.
In Jason’s eyes, he’s been trafficked.

Summary
Bruce doesn’t know what it is about him that makes everyone assume that he’s a horrible person, only that it keeps landing him in situations like this.
The boy is terrified, that much is obvious, from the slight tremble of his clipped- his clipped wings, dear god– and the tightness of his smile. He’s obviously taking Bruce in, seeing his bulk, his size, how easily he could use his muscles against someone like him. The mere thought of hurting the boy in front of him turns his gut, but he can’t say anything in front of Faye Gunn.
