Summary
Izuku is angry at everyone, for not holding hero's accountable for the damage and death they cause. As his mother died in a fight between hero's and a villain, he unleashes his quirk, do to his intense emotions, burning everything and anyone. Dabi, who happened to be there, takes Izuku with him, since he felt sympathy and the pain just as strong as his own.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya dies to the hand of a man he's investigating into and is given a second chance at life. A chance where he decides to change a few things that led up to the chaotic life he lived out as a student, hoping nothing more than to make it a little less chaotic. He wanted nothing more than to help a few people who didn't deserve the lives they were forced to live while also deciding to stop an evil he dies to before it can grow large enough to be a threat.

Summary
Everything was great up until Izuku turned 4. He lived a happy life with his mom and dad. He smiled and laughed without a care in the world. Every Saturday he would go play with his best friend Katsuki (or, to him, Kacchan), at the park while their moms chatted and laughed along with each other. He drew pictures that his mom would hang on the refrigerator and played heroes until he was so sleepy he couldn’t keep his eyes open anymore. He had always felt loved. He had always felt safe with his family. Why wouldn’t he, right?
The day after his mom- mother had taken him to the quirk specialist, and learned Izuku would most likely not develop a quirk of his own, his life had taken a drastic turn for the worst.

...neither Hizashi or Shouta could imagine going back to their old lives. They had a nice, serene life together before Izuku came into the picture. But in the two and a half weeks that he has been there, it’s like their world flipped. Everything seemed brighter and more colorful. Summary
People get their quirks at the age of 4. This is simply nature since quirks started to appear over 200 years ago. While exceptions exist, mainly in the form of people who are born with their quirks, manifestations after the age of 4 are extremely rare. Extremely rare, however, doesn't mean non-existent.
-0-0-0-Izuku manifests a quirk of technopathy, dies, returns as an AI, witnesses the death of his mother, and discovers that All Might is a horrible person. All this in just two days.
Now, trapped in a computer, the only way for Izuku to explore the outside world is through cameras and other means of technology.
He's not about to let this stop him though. Izuku is not someone to let opportunities pass. If he can't be a pro hero, he'll be another kind of hero.
It doesn't matter that people call him a Vigilante.
It doesn't matter that the HPSC call him a villain.------

Summary
Midoria Izuku may have a quirk but that doesn’t mean he’s not useless, not to Bakugou at least. Until an almost accident causes an unexpected evolution of his quirk which causes the hierarchy to be flipped completely. After all, how many people can heal from death?

Maybe some spoilers here but:
Basically Midoria gets a supercharged quirk thanks to Bakugou being Bakugou, and finds himself an apprentice at Amaranth hospital at the age of 10 and a special public quirk licence by age 11. A fateful meeting with Sasaki Mirai has the man adopting and training Izuku, and attempting to get Yagi Toshinori to give his quirk to Izuku. Except All Might meets Izuku in a very different way, and maybe Izuku fixes more than the lost organs? And gets another dad out of it. (I’m a sucker for parental All Might alright?)
Also Aizawa won’t get any sleep because of his favourite problem child.- Language:
