Her shoulders slump even if there’s no logical reason she should be disappointed, and Yang would shout that she’s still here if she didn't know it wouldn't do any good.
“I thought I told you we’d meet at the Square,” the man says gruffly. There’s a warning in his tone and a tight power in his shoulders that makes even Weiss, still looking away, want to punch him. “I don't need you waiting on me.”
“Sorry,” she says, a second too late, “I- I thought I saw something.”
